CT is textbook lesson in Laffer Curve econ.

Last year CT raised corporate taxes and MA lowered corporate taxes.

GE left CT last year for MA.

CT now has higher tax rates and less revenue, MA has lower tax rates and more revenue.

RI is mostly impoverished.

And Connecticut did not even have an income tax until 1992!
