I'll say this: the state of Connecticut MUST be concerned that ESPN is literally paying for much of the state's income tax revenue (ESPN is based in Bristol, CT). If ESPN decides to leave (and they have plenty of space at the land owned by Disney nearly Orlando, FL to accommodate the full ESPN studio setup), Connecticut would turn into a writ large version of Detroit or Baltimore.
