Problem is the poll does not reflect the massive vote fraud in Philly and Pittsburg

However Hillary keeps harping on how the police target blacks etc etc she is going to do even worse in the polls

As a PA resident I can attest to the massive amounts of voter fraud that takes place in both Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. When candidates don’t garner a single solitary vote in precincts and you’ve got 110% turnout what exactly would any one think? They do it every election, especially presidential elections. And now that we’ve got a dem governor absolutely and no expectation of help or concern from the feds (voter fraud? what voter fraud?) my suspicion is Trump will need to win convincingly for him to carry PA.
