When government employees refuse to answer questions put to them by government investigators, they should immediately be suspended. No pay, all benefits frozen, and no “cute” little sideways slide into retirement. For all practical purposes, they are unemployed until they start cooperating with the investigation.
Makes too much sense to those sucking off the backs of taxpayers.....on the govt payroll.
