Interesting that it was at night; one thing I’ve noticed is that these are all scheduled after the workday (and usually after the commute). I take this as a sign that many of the organizers at least are working (and still not making it); they may be sharing some of the taxpayers’ pain!

Furthermore, I also..  take this as a sign that many of the  ..useless, whining, waste-of-space bastards prefer the early evening timing to have the cover of darkness once the shite kicks off.
