Yes. Romney already lost the presidency once, after legitimately winning the nomination. If he wanted another shot then he should have entered the primary like everyone else did, and not wait for an establishment anointment that will hand Hillary the election.
If Romney had the courage to fight for his convictions, he would have stayed in the political scene after his loss. Once he lost, he walked off the political stage and we never heard anything from him. I have no other explanation for it other than he is a gutless quitter. That is not presidential material.
