<< Either way, I dont want him back in Texas. >>
He’s probably our Senator illegally because he can’t prove his mother hadn’t given up her US citizenship to get Canadian health care to pay for his birth.
Months ago I read where a Texas official publicly requested for proof of the above to ensure that Ted is eligible to be our Senator, but I’ve never seen follow-up on what happened. My point: expect this to reappear in 2018 when a Tx Dem opponent figures out its a winning campaign issue.

I’ve been trying to find out if the question even ever came up!! Thanks for the info about that. If you happen to come across where you saw that, please ping me.
You’re right...the Dims will use this, without hesitation. Maybe that’s why St Ted was flying high with 0bie....to get some pointers on how to continuously run for office, illegally :)
We need a cRuz contender!!

This Cruz mess is just that a mess and hopefully he's reached his pinnacle as far
as political positions go. It's hard to find factual data on the Cruz family, etc but
apparently they moved to Canada in 67/68 time frame. Cruz was born 12/22/70. According
to what I've read Canadian law required five years residency to get citizenship. Thus
she hadn't been there long enough before Edward was born. But Edward had citizenship
based upon birth location.
She had two children both born outside the USA. One in England and the other in Canada.
