Has any one else heard that Trey Gowdy is Trumps pick for AG?
It’s on FB so it must be true, right?
I read that on FR and/or saw it on Fox. I’d be ok with him or Christy for AG (I’ve been leaning towards Chris).
Your post regarding an AG pick reminds me that Trump might make his cabinet picks sooner rather than later. Of course announcing his picks, one at a time, will give him greater press coverage, so I don’t think we will see them announced all at once. I could see him releasing lists for a particular cabinet seat, with multiple choices prior to a final selection, like he has done with the USSC list of potential justices. This would also garner much press coverage.

GOP Convention Rules Committee meetings underway and ongoing.
GOP Convention speaker lineup due out any day.
Trump’s VP pick could come any day, between now and the convention, even being announced in the throes of the convention.
GOP Convention opens on Monday, July 18th.
Cabinet picks might start being announced sooner rather than later.
