Hi everyone,

I’ve been sick since early a.m., so haven’t been posting (have read the thread, though here and there). Think it might be a touch of the flu. Started to feel a bit better and was able to run a few errands a little while ago. Been drinking water all day - just tried some vitamin water but it didn’t stay down. I’m going to try a little Gator Ade for electrolytes. Will try a little food later but nothing really sounds good - will see. Hopefully, it’s just a 1-day thing. It’s nothing compared to what many of you lovely ladies are suffering through.

Trump is going to be on Brett Baier’s show tonight - 6 Eastern, 3 for those of us on the Left Coast.

Will be in and out on the thread - need to get ready and get stuff together to take to my sister’s.

VITAMIN WATER contains electrolytes too.

Make yourself some weak Darjeeling tea with lemon, honey, and a cinnamon stick in it.

Eat plain/dry toast to absorb the yuck in your tummy!

Plain white rice is good too, but tasteless and it takes too long to make, unless you add it to chicken soup, which will make you feel better too!
