Sadly,"Mr. Peabody" I too have friends who are bent over a lot younger and several in their 30;s complaining about their backs. I am preaching to the wind when I tell them to stop sleeping in their beds.

I woke up one morning while I was in my 20's and I got a sharp pain lifting up out of my bed. That moment of lifting yourself up after putting all your body weight on your spine all night should ring a bell in ones brain.
