And any cop with “Nemo Me Impune Lacessit” on his badge should be dismissed from the force with prejudice. He obviously lacks the proper temperament for a civil servant.

What is wrong with a "civil servant" wearing the Scottish national motto,
"No one attacks me with impunity!"?
If I had to wear a uniform that makes me a moving target, I definitely would want to warn the "public" against acting on that temptation.
