She was a US senator for years and yes she was trained on reading classified information. Does it surprise me in the least she didn’t get any training when she became the big shot Sec of State, of course not, she was the boss who in the hell’s going to even ask her to attend training?

With the possible exception of someone more inept, more incompetent, and ---- more vulnerable than herself.
