This reads as though somebody is trying to hand her a way out of her self created mess, but they are off base as Hillary Rotten Clinton knew from her days as a Senator all the rules. She’s lying again if she claims otherwise.
Okee Dokee...she spent 6 years on the Armed Services Committee but knew nothing about classified markings.
And btw, hasn’t a signed statement been produced (routine), in which she states she has been trained?
And also....if 100 percent of her communications were unsecure, wouldn’t she know that she would sooner or later transmit secret info unsecure?

BTW - federal departments have EXTENSIVE mandatory training ALL THE TIME.
I guess Lois Lerner skipped the mandatory "confidential taxpayer files" training, too...
Looks like James Comey skipped the "requirements for a felony indictment" classes...
Normally, to get access....even as a senator...since roughly 2004....you take a on-line course that amounts to an hour of training. It’s taught at the 8th grade level and dirt-simple. At the end, unlike the method prior to 2004....you now have to take a test and pass it before they give you the certificate or badge or card. The test, even I will admit....is not that simple. I’d take a guess that half the people who take the test will fail on the first go-around, and most will pass on the second attempt. So we are talking about 90 minutes of your time.
In her case as senator and state department chief....I’ll wager NOT one single training session can be documented. Her people probably haggled with the security folks and got her the badge on each single occasion with no training.
I sat around two years ago and watched a German live talk show...where Hillary had shown up to hype her new book, and they had a round-table with two significant German female leaders. It was like night and day....comparing the two German female leaders to Hillary, in terms of dialog and commentary. It was some 15-year old high school girl on some stage and she couldn’t contribute anything of substance in a live interview. The moderator helped to hype her new book and lob easy questions, but if you were a German watching the interview....you’d mostly laugh over the act seen.
It’s a good thing Bill is there to train her to be POTUS. /sarc
