Mr. Castile never applied for a permit to carry with our office.
Therefore we did not issue his permit.

What was that semi auto in his belt that I have seen doing there. He was in the CRIPS terrorist organization. I think is was justifiable homicide bay any measure. 1. Permits within a state go county to county, no issues.

If you move in Minn and are a permit to carry holder, you have 30 days to inform Sheriff of address change, or face misdemeanor charge.
Regs unclear as to invalidation of permit if change not filed.

Now the question is -
how likely that Philando Castile had one of those?
The short answer is “we don’t know”. There’s a newspaper article quoting unidentified sources saying he obtained one while living in Robbinsdale, which means it would have been issued by the Hennepin County SO, not Ramsey County. However, in what appears to be a legit response to a Tweeted question, the Hennepin County SO says that state law prohibits them from disclosing information regarding carry license holders.
The issue’s pretty meaningless anyway, there’s no such thing as an “okay to reach for a gun when a cop tells you not to move” permit.
They have not given any real information that would assuage some concerns. There is information they can and should provide. The original incident report should be done and approved. They could provide a redacted copy of it.
The dispatch tape should have been made available already. I believe that is going to clear up this claim that the officers were looking at Castile as a robbery suspect.
The deliberate stonewalling is what crushed the Ferguson administration. People who don’t learn from that will regret it.
They were stopped because they resembled armed robbery suspects for a crime committed a few days before and a few blocks away. The officers may have used the "broken tail light" stop as a ruse so as not to spook (Can I say that? Is it raciss?)the duo.
Were they involved? I have no idea but from his FarceBook page he seems to either be a crip or was a fan boy and as a designated criminal gang they do commit crimes.
As for the baby momma, I wouldn't believe a word she says. Her demeanor during the video was that of a cold hearted, psychpathic bitch, stoned out of her gourd or something way off.
That being said, I have no idea what happened and will wait for the facts.
As we have seen with the Martin and Brown shootings the initial stories from some witnesses, the msm and "civil rights" groups were complete lies.

They tried to hide info about Ferguson’s Mike Brown, Trayvon Martin, and numerous others.
The template is to set these false impressions into the Public’s mindset in the case and run with myths and legends.
So we see, again, rights extended to the dead normally not extended, a lack of curiosity in the media, and races changed to inflame and incite.
The language used is suspicious. The missing facts are curious. The dependence on a non-credible woman, held up as something she isn’t is very convenient.

Minn doesn’t recognize Colorado chp so i don’t go there, or the entire west coast for the same reason. spent a week in MD for a family thing. longest i’ve been without a gun in 3 years. Visited an indoor range in Aberdeen. Not very friendly and the range itself was a dump.
