The video shows superior shoot and movement skills. The officer behind the pillar was like a Quake gamer camping with no situational awareness in comparison. I refuse indeed to believe that a National Guard POG could do something like this. PoGs hardly shoot once or twice a year and many never can qualify
He did not learn that doing masonry and carpentry. That was learned elsewhere.
The perp was wearing light body armor, suitable for blocking handgun rounds. Not sure if the officer knew that, but a big mistake for other reason as well. The perp was using a rifle with far more rounds in the mag versus the LEO handgun with far fewer rounds. Of what threat was the officer. None.
