You should go to the source site like I usually do. I blew up the video and watched it there. I would only disagree with Allen West in that the officer had NO PROBLEM removing the gun from the perps pocket.

Cops do not have to wait until they are shot to determine whether or not their life was in danger.
An out of control perp, WITH A GUN, unable to be controlled by TWO officers, refusing to obey numerous commands, is just asking to be SHOT.
