In order to solve the issue of racial bias in policing, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said Sunday, the United States needs to "look differently at race if we're going to change it."...
It also means black people have "got to teach your children to be respectful to the police, and you've got to teach your children that the real danger to them is not the police," he said on CBS' "Face the Nation."
White people should recognize that African-American men and boys "have a fear of being confronted by the police because of some of these incidents," regardless of whether some people see it as "irrational" or "rational," he said. The second reality, Giuliani said, is that there is "too much violence in the black community," remarking upon black-on-black violence being a greater danger than police-involved incidents.
"So if you want to deal with this on the black side, you've got to teach your children to be respectful to the police, and you've got to teach your children that the real danger to them is not the police. The real danger to them, 99 out of 100 times," is "other black kids who are going to kill them; that’s the way they’re gonna die," Giuliani said. "Now on the white side, we have to understand whether we get it or not there's an extraordinary fear of the police, and police have to institute a policy of zero tolerance like we did for crime in New York. Zero tolerance. No disrespect."

Most Black parents are only children themselves
That is the “multiplier effect” of stereotyping. Ghetto children learn to be suspicious of cops at a very early age, because Mama teaches the children that cops “will getcha” as a backup to their own attempts at discipline. The cops are seen as a sort of boogie man who will come and grab you “for no reason”, as the kid sees it anyway, and the unspoken code of “not ratting out” your friends lets the growth of gangs go largely undetected until there are several bodies bleeding out and dying out on the street. THEN the cops show up, but “nobody saw nuffin’” becomes the common response.
No fathers in the homes, no adult male authority figures anywhere in these kids’ lives, and no code greater than “The Lord of the Flies” has ever been applied. Mama may have been disciplined enough to haul them off to the local church, but there was a Reverend Jeremiah Wright in the pulpit, shouting “God D*mn Amerikkka!” and a Nation of Islam representative in the back row, ready to recruit the ones who do show some interest.
All that, of course, and the “crab response”. Put one crab in a bucket, and the crab shall, by itself, rather easily pull itself up the side of the bucket, and escape. Put two or more crabs in the bucket, and as one nears the upper edge of the bucket, the others will pull it back in.
What's so difficult about this? NOTHING.

Many males, especially black males, do not respect authority of any type and certainly not the authority represented by law enforcement. As others have said, much of this lack of respect stems from the lack of a male authority figure in the household.
That could possibly work if there was a black family structure to begin with. As it is now, there’s no father in these kids lives to start with. Black women get knocked up for a government paycheck. They won’t even put a father’s name on the birth certificate. The kids end up feral and hardened before they even get into kindergarten from the crap they have to deal with at home. They go to school and create a nightmare situation for the teachers and the other kids.
Since having a committed relationship before having children is NOT going to happen, we have one choice to end this nightmare. If a woman has a child out of wedlock, the government will help. If the woman gets knocked up again she gets NOTHING unless she voluntarily gets a tubal ligation.
These people have to stop having all these kids when they have no intention to provide for them themselves and no family structure.
Red light cameras at intersections come to mind. They put a whole lot of money into Houston coffers as well as the company who sold them to the Always a Democrat Mayor.

Each Person makes their own choice - to continue in cycle of irresponsibility or to do the right things and start stepping into responsibility for self and kids, life.

They don’t. They teach them that the cop is the “man” and that you gots ta git one over on da man.
You can believe that Ferguson was fabricated, or that Baltimore was fabricated, and I can believe they were fabricated, but it doesn't matter, because one Slager-on-Scott shooting turns a million - or ten million - hearts cold. You're not going to get through to them.
And if Slager gets off with some minor punishment, it's going to make it that much worse.
The Alton Sterling shooting in Baton Rouge is the same. Maybe worse.
These incidents are used by the enemies of civilization to destroy us.

We all must obey the law, men and women in a civl society. Plus be thankful for those who work in the LE profession. I was helped last night on my way home from a week long trip in western PA and while on stopover in NYC’s Penn Central Station by a NYPD officer who help me find the Amtrak Red Cap person and finding the Amtrak Station. Penn Central is shared by 3 train services and one can get lost very easy in that building if you are new to it. Good thing the NYPD had a desk there not only for security, but to help folks who need help.
All of us not named Bill or Hillary Clinton, anyway.
Giuliani reversed himself on Terri Schiavo and decided the courts should be allowed to sentence her to death. Also the Giuliani supporters here insisted that he was qualified because he was able to raise Wall St money better than Hillary Clinton (at that point Obama was a unknown nobody).
