Why are there not daily police shootings in Constitutional Carry states?

In Vermont, (a Constitutional Carry state) 75% of the population own firearms. Vermont is 94% white. There are approximately two firearms homicides a year in Vermont, population 635,000.

Yes, but using BLM, the media and the Just-us Dept. logic, there should be at least one person killed by cops in Vermont every week. The question is, Why not?
Is it because Vermont is 94% white?
Is it because, Vermont has no large cities?
Is it because, Vermonters are more law abiding?
Is it because Vermont cops are better trained?

I think most can figure the correct answer(s) to this.
