withdrawal from your BA....no way!....you should control all transactions!
They don't charge you to put money in your account. They don't charge you to accept money if it's from a PP account.
They DO CHARGE if you accept money they draw from the payees bank. This is how they make money. It's how they pay that cash back on their card. They charge the sellers, not the buyers.
