The two shootings in Minnesota and Louisiana are far different from the shooting in Dallas... Those two police officers did not WANT to shoot the to black men, unlike the cowardly sniper in Dallas that wanted to and planned to kill those officers.
Agreed. As I stated it, neither cop woke up with any desire or intention to shoot anyone. This ass woke up with plan for mass murder.
