Two cops involved so maybe two separate dash cams. Hope they are released.
Not only that, many cops have tiny wireless microphones clipped to their uniforms which are connected to the dash cams via low power transmitters. These are good up to about 50 to 100 feet, depending on conditions, obstructions etc.
