Since he was stopped at least 31 times over the past 14 years for speeding, driving with a revoked license, no proof of insurance, improper display of original plate, and parking violations, I highly doubt he went to the trouble of getting a permit to conceal carry. Or, you could have read up-thread and seen that he did indeed have a CCW permit, issued when he lived in Hennepin County.
