She though she was Indian, so it wasn’t intentional. She gets a free ride.

Those grants and whatnot only go to Native Americans with tribal affiliations. The ones who were removed and raised elsewhere are out of luck, so you have the situation of Warren getting grants that a lot of people of Native American descent can’t qualify for.
