When any black is hurt by a white, regardless of justification, they are trying to make all blacks angry about it. That is tribalism, like they have in the middle east. "We can kill our people, but you can't!"
When whites are killed by a black person, we don't look for a black person to seek vengance upon. We want the individual caught. Obama is creating a mindset where that "racial reprisal" is acceptable. There was no information about what any of those officers in Dallas did in their lives, or what they believed. All the killers knew is they were white. That is a dangerous road.
The mindset has to be that when an American is killed unjustly, Americans are outraged and seek justice. When an American is killed because he is a thug threatening an officer in the course of an arrest, Americans should not be surprised that he met his end that way. Making it racial will lead to some serious problems down the road. We need to reverse that development.
