I would modify what you stated just a bit.
Hillary’s people will not be turned off by the cops event. They are all with her with guns and black lives matter and illegal immigration. Many of the blue collar democrats went along with this because of history/tradition/union connections/etc.
The lies, on the other hand, were causing even more blue-collar democrat heads to turn.
