In Minnesota I saw that the officer involved was Hispanic - so does that mean that Mark Dayton thinks Hispanic cops want to kill black men. Did CNN say the MN cop was white?

See, Hispanic can be white or latino depending on the circumstances as the press sees them. If it is a negative, or a negative activity against some other group, he is white. If he is the recipient of any perceived bad activity by the police, he is latino.
