I noticed the same. I could certainly see why the cop would initially pull him over.
4 days had elapsed between the robbery surveillance footage and the police vehicle stop. Four days' growth, trimmed, would look like that. Cannot Just pointing out that the difference in facial hair along the jawline doesn't mean much.
