A seemingly justified shooting in Louisiana and a problematic shooting in Minnesota would seen guaranteed to bring a protest in Dallas at the usual locations for protestors. An assassination of police officers has probably been long planned by BLM/NBPA members and associated and implemented tonight as carefully planned for a likely situation. Very effectively planned by ex military.
