Cleared the guy? If he’s a trained soldier he knows to clean his hands, hair, face, his shirt, and the barrel after firing the weapon to cover his tracks...

I saw the video of this guy. It is not him. He was relaxed and not ready to kill a bunch of people. His face muscles were not tight indicating tension or concentration that would be required to do a mission like this. He was not ready to shoot a half a dozen people. The people who did the sniping were already in place.
