Re Sandy Burglar Berger. He should have been, by law, charged with several felonies, not a lousy, mousy misdemeanor for theft of government (Archives) documents, the destroying of government documents, lying, and possibly conspiracy to destroy government documents (I smell the Clintons all over this).
The decision to charge him with only a misdemeanor really pissed off NARA’s Inspector General and apparently was a factor in them (possibly the Obama administration) getting him canned on suspect charges of misconduct.
The fix was in no matter who was in charge and the hate for Berger still runs deep in DC among those who know what really happened but who cannot openly speak for fear of being fired or the target of a character assassination campaign from the Obama/Clinton criminal gang.
Other people who stole government documents or embezzled money from NARA got up to 5 years in jail (all NARA employees and one special researcher). Someone got Berger’s fat ass off. As I said, the fix was in from the start.
It seems that Comey and Lynch, plus the Clintons and Obama, have decided that much of the law doesn’t apply to them, and they will only obey or apply laws they like.
The stench of corruption in DC is overwhelming and even some brain-dead liberals are waking up to reality with shock and horror.
I warned years ago that Comey had some serious operational flaws re heading the FBI, and sadly, I was proven correct yesterday.
America is in great trouble because it is getting much harder to find an honest man in politics or even the intelligence agencies (I wouldn’t trust Clapper or Brennan or Jeh The Joke Johnson as far as I could throw them).

Lets hope so as the congress people all talk about how credible Comey is, and he has positioned this as I respect your right to disagree, but I found no credible evidence to suggest criminal intent
