Another non-sequitur. The issue is how government-forced higher prices to the American consumer attacks the core issues of why companies are fleeing the U.S. in the first place, not whether the government act of tariffs is constitutional.

No it isnt. You are assuming that corporations are being FORCED into higher prices. They are leaving because YOU and those like YOU favor leaving to obtain a cheap labor pool. More like SLAVE labor.
Yet at the same time, YOU and those like YOU, fight againts the LAW that clearly states, that trade is to be made regular. Tarrifs make trade REGULAR.
Trade as such now, is more expensive because it forces labor out which results in higher social spending. Yet you will never admit that will you? Yet you will whine and cry every GD time the expenditures for social programs rise as a result.

End of story.
