One point I think is kind of important: If Hitlery never set up an e-mail account with the State Department and only used her own private server(s), then how did she communicate classified, secret, top-secret information?

The DoS has secure channels for classified info. The state.gov system, which her server replaced, isn't designed for classified information either.
