How do you discipline an ex-employee?

For the purposes of the law being cited, it doesn't make a difference whether they are a current or ex-employee.

Clinton may be an ex-employee, but what about the rest of her staff? Have their clearances been at least suspended, pending investigation?

There's some question whether Clinton's clearance was ever terminated after she left office. That should be asked to the Office of Personnel Security and Suitability at the Dept. of State (who administrates their security clearances), and if not -- why not?

Yep Clinton is an ex gov employee now but she is “applying” to be a new gov. employee in January.

Also it is not clear is Huma, Cheryl, and the others minions are still collecting Gov. checks?
