The entire circumstances point to someone who broke the law and hid the evidence. Clinton was the first Secretary of State or any cabinet member for that matter who set up their own private server to handle official business. It is unprecedented. That is the context.
And there’s evidence she knew about security, was trained about security, was advised to get an NSA phone, and failed to get one, then someone (Obama?) could have said - “hey screw it - just used your own phone, I’ll cover you.” IMO

She was also the first cabinet official ever to NOT have an Inspector General.
She had ZERO oversight. That was absolutely intentional on the Obama Administration’s part. And you can’t tell me Congress and the Senate did not know this.
They all were aware and wanted a shadow State Dept.
