Grothman wants to know if Benghazi documents were in e-mails that were deleted. re FOIA, work e-mails whatever they were about, CF, etc. how long was she hold on to those? LINICK: should have gone back to STATE GROTHMAN: she didn't surrender; but how long do you keep them . . . re FOIA after two years, you should be able to find things from 2 years ago . . . not only did she turn them over, but couldn't she have held on to them . . . Did the lawyers do wrong to not keep work-related e-mails?
