According with this added knowledge,surely Comey would know this but failed again! Comey says, there was NO Intent by Hillary!

The lawyers with the security clearances went through background checks and then signed the same papers we did re defending our nation’s secrets.

Clintoon did not want any lawyers who had been properly vetted and had taken a vow to protect our nation’s secrets.
