Key assertions by Hillary Clinton in defense of her email practices have collapsed under FBI scrutiny.
The agency's yearlong investigation found that she did not, as she claimed, turn over all her work-related messages for release. It found that her private email server did carry classified emails, also contrary to her past statements. And it made clear that Clinton used many devices to send and receive email despite her statements that she set up her email system so that she only needed to carry one.
FBI Director James Comey's announcement Tuesday that he will not refer criminal charges to the Justice Department against Clinton spared her from prosecution and a devastating political predicament. But it left much of her account in tatters and may have aggravated questions of trust swirling around her Democratic presidential candidacy.

The uni-party decided not to prosecute Hillary Clinton simply because it can. In this year of the rebellion of Main Street against the establishment, the establishment stupidly decided to flex its muscle and put voters on notice by saying that it can do whatever it wants in full view of everyone simply because it can.
This decision to let Clinton skate is a show of strength for all to see and a warning to those who will challenge the uni-party. Could this be a veiled threat to Trump? Or Bernie supporters?
Come to think of it Marie Antoinette (Hillary) and Louis XVI (Obama/Bill) also had the because-we-can disease and they got their heads chopped off! Why did the little people rebel against King Louis and Marie? Because they could? Their is a lesson here.
Since she lied under oath to Congress, couldn’t Congress hold her in contempt and arrest her?

Over time, folks will realize what Comey did was far more hurtful to hildibeast than if he had prosecuted. Today, everyone is talking about how she lied and mis-handled secrets. If he were prosecuting, he would have never been able to detail all the crap he dumped on her until court......too late.
Trump won yesterday. Comey is a hero in waiting. He will prosecute the bitch in the court of public opinion....and this nation can finally put the Clinton’s away for good.
I am, until the Dem convention shows otherwise, convinced that this is a two-step process. First, Hillary had to not be indicted. Second, she has to step down “for health reasons” some time between the GOP and Dem conventions, so that Biden and/or Warren can get the nomination. That is the quid pro quo here, I think.

She didn’t mean to. As to the encounter on Saturday with the fbi......guess we didn’t realize she had that many photos of the grandkids on her phone. What an awesome granny huh. Kinda concluded that no matter what, ain’t nuthin’ gonna touch her. The LIV’s, IPOS/LPOS/UPOS/SPOS will still vote for her regardless of what she does. And probably more $$$ coming in since she won’t be referred for prosecution.

Very interesting! Do you honestly think Clinton will step down? Does she care about the country? About the party? Would she rather see the country get burned down rather than give up her ambition?
Trump should promise to prosecute her if elected.
This will put Obama in the position of having to pardon her.
