You’re right. Truman was way behind in the polls, and he decided to get out and meet the people and he did the whistle stop campaign. Every place he stopped, he’d give a speech from the back of the caboose. Before hand, his aids would give him info about the local scene, and he’d weave that into his off the cuff talk.
Meanwhile Dewey is giving the same tired speech with nothing local...Truman then pulls some kind of claim, linking Dewey to something illegal. Can’t remember what it was. Dewey wanted to go out and fight back, but his aids told him to sit tight, and coast since the was ahead...

Lynch is really in a bad place because of others actions
First: her clandestine meeting with WJC is exposed (by whom? ).
Second: Comey sets her up to not charge HELLary (it’s her job not Comey) even though he laid out the reasons she should be indicted
Third: Hellary herself opening bribes her.— continuing her job if she’s elected. (Which also undermines her authority and credibility not just now but in the future)
Am wondering what she did to merit such attention. Are they keeping her on the reservation?
