The statutes say nothing about intent. For Comey to use the supposed lack of intent as his rationale for refusing to recommend prosecution is breathtaking in its mendacity. There is no requirement for intent. It is a false perception created and endlessly promoted by the media ever since this all began to provide political cover for the predetermined conclusion.
This administration is a disgrace. Comey is a disgrace. And the once honorable FBI is no more. It’s indistinguishable from any other mobbed up union organization.
