Paraphrasing Comey's findings - enemies may have a blackmail file on Crooked Hillary, and that is enough reason to deny her presidency. We know she lied to the contry when she said she did not send classified informatoin on her server, including material classified TOP SECRET.

Lives of Ameican people put at risk so she could carry on her corrupt financial dealings. I think he is reading some of this directly from notes.
