Or what? The judge would throw the jury in jail for coming to the wrong verdict.

Jurors have a responsibility to come to a verdict, but they have zero responsibility to tell anyone WHY they came to a verdict.

I’ll listen to Da Judge, but keep my own counsel.

If the law is unjust the state will have a dickens of a time proving guilt to my satisfaction.

Remember what Mae West said when the judge asked if she was trying to show her contempt of this court?
