Rafat is an Urdu name (mohammedan). I couldn’t find the surname listed as either Hindu or mohammedan; in India somem mohammedans use Hindu last names.
I wonder exactly what he was doing with firecrackers, innocent business or not, considering he is a mohammedan, no Hindu would use a mohammedan first name.
