3.5 hours is nothing.
Depositions on Car accidents take twice that.
This was a simple formality. Kendall wouldn’t have her answering any questions without assurances that there are no charges.
,
Do we know if she did answer any questions? Or did she take the 5th or not recall things?
Wait for it to leak that it took her 3.5 hours to cite the 5th Amendment 200 times.
What? Are you serious? Are you claiming the FBI would tell a target of this investigation, which Clinton is most definitely that there will be no charges. In other words they have according to you granted her full immunity.
Where do you get this from? Clinton is not a sidelight in this investigation, she is the FOCUS. My guess is she has as in the past said as often as possible thT she cannot recall or has taken the fifth. But a “guarantee” of no prosecution is completely absurd and would already be headlines because it would have been leaked immediately.
Considering how poor her memory has been in the past it might have taken 3.5 hours for her to remember her name. </s
That’s what I don’t get. Surely the FBI would interview her more than 3 1/2 hours. It’s almost as if it’s just for show.
That's plenty long if the answer to every question is:
Clinton's usual non-response (but not an outright denial) is "there's no evidence of that". But, the FBI won't let her get away with that one.
Pleading the 5th doesn’t take as long......
No, I don’t know if she did but if you were her attorney, wouldn’t you insist?
Kendall was the attorney that deleted her so called “non work” related e mails...he’s in this up to neck himself.
