I have seen quite a few people on FR say that they are not sure if she violated laws and what laws those would be or that they are confused. That has to be simple laziness or worse on their part. These people scare me; maybe they are the voters that put Obama over the top twice.
These statutes are very clear and with the leaked information and the emails made public, the case is a lock. Imagine what else the FBI has their hands on that we don’t know about.
Still, people can vividly recall when she was caught red-handed with the Rose Law Firm billings in her private possession with her fingerprints on them.
Actually, you’ll find a lot more who believe, as I do, that regaardless of the criminality of the act, the Clintons will skate. This is a POLITICAL issue, not a legal one. And the political class will always seek to protect its own.
