I don’t know whether to be truly optimistic (for indictments) or not, since the Clintonistas have skated so many times before. But this time there does seem to be the potential for an excellent case if the FBI has managed to nail down enough particulars. Hell, just what is known publicly seems like an open-and-shut case on several counts.
