As an attorney I do believe that FBI will recommend charges, of course this will then go to stage 2 with DOJ examining file to prepare case, etc. This will take the cases beyond Obama’s term and hand it to a new DOJ.
I believe this because no matter how great the pressure and shenanigans, the FBI and DOJ institutionally cannot and will not bend under this trivial pressure. They do respect their traditions which are supposed to reflect the epitome of US judicial system.
This is also similar to how Army has wisely dragged its feet on court martial of deserter Bergdahl who should have been hung long ago. Only because Obama stuck his nose into it, had Bergdahl’s parents in the rose garden, got the case all botched up. Just like Bubba climbing aboard Loretta’s plane. Cluster Foxtrot!
The Army has protected their prosecution of Bergdahl from Obama’s corrupt system and FBI is doing the same thing with the Clintons.
