He has been handed a gift, and the Republican base likely will respond with even greater indignation if no penalty is sought.

The republican base will but the republican jokers in Congress will say nothing as usual!

Regardless, it’s a message that would help Trump in the campaign. He should beat it like a drum: Jail Hillay, Jail Bill, Jail Huma.

Whenever the Clintons get in trouble they find ways to corrupt everyone around them, and everyone who could prosecute them. The Clintons drag everyone into the sewer so that no one dares go after them because they too would be implicated with some amount of wrong doing. Lynch’s career is now in jeopardy because of Bill Clinton. She has already lied to protect herself and is soiled to the point she will just want all this to dropped and forgotten. Ole “Slick Willie” set her up big time and corrupted her in public view. That is what the Clintons do, and that is how they survive.

“It was either out of foolish indifference or plain foolishness,”

Could it have involved Criminal Intent? Oh, noooo.
The real reason Bill met with Lynch is obvious: an anti-Islamic video.

Bill knew exactly what he was doing.

I’m guessing either...
- He threw Hillary under the bus
- “keep your friends close and your enemies closer.”

This article only deals with the lesser act of stealing government records:

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/414835/did-hillary-commit-felony-shannen-coffin

Its very hard to explain away why she wouldn’t be guilty of that.

That’s a slam dunk - before we get to negligence with classified information (a crime), conspiracy (Pagliano), deliberately transferring classified info to Blumenthal (felony), and the pay for play with the uranium mine.

Yes, all is fine to the American people if “the democracy” wins again. Even Paul Ryan-o is growing “Democrat”.

why are the communist more concerned with Billy meeting Lori than they are with crimes Hillary may have committed.

This is all bovine scatology. Mr.Adams, Rush, Jeanne have all called it correctly. This was done by design, the fix is in and its all smoke and mirrors as usual.

All the communist in this country are asking "what difference does it make?"

It was either out of foolish indifference or plain foolishness

Nonsense.

It was necessary to meet, and the Clintons' are notoriously brazen in their criminality.

If the Democrats dump Hillary, they can still save the party.

If they circle the wagons to protect Hillary, the whole party will get dragged down with her.

It should be a simple choice for the party leadership.

“It was either out of foolish indifference or plain foolishness.”

BS! It was quite well thought out, quite intentional and planned - a desperate move to ensure nothing happens to Hillary......”Now, Loretta, remember who appointed you in the first place - you owe me big time - don’t forget that or who knows what might happen to you.......if Hillary is indicted.....”

“The meeting has provided fodder for Donald Trump and Republican leaders to cast doubt on whatever conclusions the career prosecutors and Comey come to.”

Yes, for WaPo, the bad thing about this exposed secret meeting is not that it casts serious doubts on the integrity of Bill and Hillary Clinton and on the integrity of the Obama administration and his Department of Justice; oh no, that’s not a big deal. BUT, the REALLY bad thing is this works to the advantage of Hillary’s election opponent, you know, because of “fodder”.

Bill and Hillary Clinton meanwhile have been silent about the meeting and its propriety. He has made no public comment, and an adviser said he has no plans to do so. The silence on the part of the presumptive Democratic nominee — though she bears no responsibility for her husband’s actions — is part of a pattern of declining to answer questions about the email issue unless and until pushed by events to be more transparent.
“no responsibility” - how endearing. Hillary Clinton is a shyster lawyer, but shyster lawyers are a dime a dozen. This particular shyster lawyer is, and was, also the wife of the former POTUS. How did he get to be, and manage despite his flaws to remain, POTUS? Only due to the manipulative, active enabling of the shyster lawyer in question. Under pressure from her primary opposition, she even has pledged to put him in charge of making the economy grow.

Hillary Clinton is fully responsible for Bill Clinton, and all his works.

It is even probable that she hired Craig Livingstone - but if not, she knows who did. The two of them are joined at the hip

- both while Hillary was Sec State, notwithstanding the constitutional stricture that
Article 1 Section 9:
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state
Not that that is the sum of the bill of indictment which lies against him, and her - the defining characteristic of the Clinton Administration was scandal on top of scandal.

And what's Bernie, and especially his followers, going to say about that?
