Actually, given the town's restriction, she should have imagined that. However, I have a solution. I'm sure the town would be fine with her replacing "God Bless America" with the Shahada for an indefinite period of time.

So why didnt the patriotic cafe owner pull the 14th Amendment card on the town of Penfield concerning her banner? I question the patriotism of low-information patriots who do evidently do not know their constitutional protections well enough to use them.
In fact, since this cafe owner evidently has religious convictions, note that Acts 22:23-30 indicates that Paul claimed his rights as a Roman citizen to save himself from being flogged.
On the other hand, I dont see Christians likewise using their constitutional protections to fight unconstitutional attacks on their faith by corrupt federal and state governments.
The problem here is they think they have to get permission. Screw that, just do it and tell these lame pukes to go suck start a shotgun.
