by Alex Griswold | 8:47 am, July 1st, 2016
In an interview with The OReilly Factor, the Phoenix journalist who broke the story of the private meeting between Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former president Bill Clinton said that his sources tell him the FBI was on the scene telling bystanders they werent allowed to take photos.
The former president steps into her plane. They then speak for 30 minutes privately. The FBI there on the tarmac instructing everybody around no photos, no pictures, no cell phones. He then gets off the plane, gets on his own plane, he departs, she continues on with her planned visit, recounted ABC15s Christopher Sign.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there was an ‘announcement’ soon - a Friday news dump over a 3 day weekend.
All these people are “Too Big to Jail”.
It doesn’t seem like we are a Free Republic anymore.
>>Remember Andrew Breitbart
Yes, and also just recently Gary Welsh, the reporter who exposed the Cruz Sr -Oswald Dallas connection, and some info about Rubio. Found dead.

OMG! I had not heard that. Wow.
At the risk of sounding like Yoda, the forces of evil appear to be quite strong right now. As if in a fight for survival.
You bet they’re going to be indicted. This is pure desperation move by Bill Clinton. He is not this stupid. Lynch is just a bootlicking lackey for Obama. I can’t believe it. Will no one step up and arrest the lot of them?
The "Tower Logs" got Col. Jessup!
Geez, too bad the FBI wasn’t as diligent in protecting Americans when repeatedly warned about Tamerlan Tsarnaev, Omar Marteen, et al. But heaven forbid a bystander takes a photo in a public place, they’d be taken into custody and face more restrictions on their Constitutional rights than either Tsarnaev of Marteen faced (namely, none).
Warned by the Russians repeatedly about the older brother.
Every US government institution has become corrupted. The FBI, CIA, Justice,Pentagon, Coutts, IRS, and all the other alphabet agencies. They are all in thrall to the Democratic Party machine. America is coming perilously close to a permanent one party state. All it needs is another 4 years to further stack the USSC, pass amnesty and import another million muslims. By 2020 it will be mathematically impossible for the Republicans to win the White House or Senate, and the House will just be ignored.

Americans injured by this incident, are able to file suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
Historically, under the doctrine of sovereign immunity, you were not permitted to sue the king. Sovereign immunity has carried over to modern times in the form of a general rule that you cannot sue the government unless the government says you can.
Fortunately, the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) allows certain kinds of lawsuits against federal employees who are acting within the scope of their employment. And not doing their job to protect the US from high crimes and misdemeaners is one of them,
If you believe you may have a claim for negligence (careless conduct, or other wrongful or tortious conduct) against a federal agency or employee, you must first determine whether you can sue the federal government under the FTCA.
Although the limitations and exceptions are too numerous to review here, here are some general guidelines regarding the limitations on FTCA claims:
Only federal employees can be sued under the FTCA, not independent contractors hired by the federal government (unless they are treated like employees).
The negligent or wrongful conduct must have been done within the scope of the defendants employment.
In general, only claims of negligence as opposed to intentional misconduct are allowed (though some claims for intentional misconduct can be brought against certain federal law enforcement officers).
The claim must be based on and permitted by the law of the state in which the misconduct occurred.
Despite these and numerous other limitations on FTCA lawsuits, the federal government still pays out millions of dollars each year to compensate FTCA claims. Maybe it will get someones attention. And Ill bet I can find at least one hundred lawyers and a number of organizations that would like to get a piece of Uncle Sugar. (hat tip FReeper redwood71)
