id you hear the latest about Tim Tebow? He prayed with a woman as her husband was dying from a heart attack during an airplane flight.
Isn't that disgusting?
"I think I'm going to throw up," one commenter wrote.
There have been thousands more like that posted on websites that carried that story. They should provide plenty of material for psychiatrists studying Tebow Derangement Syndrome (TDS).
The malady triggers foaming at the mouth among two groups. One believes Tebow would be a great pro quarterback if only the anti-Christian NFL hadn't blackballed him.
That has waned a bit as Tebow has drifted into other ventures. The other strain of TDS appears to have no cure. You know you have it if you're upset over what Tebow did Sunday on a flight from Atlanta to Phoenix.
A passenger suffered a heart attack. The Delta crew sprung into action and a physician's assistant named Nicki Freeze started administering CPR.
As anxious passengers watched the drama, Tebow left his seat to see what was happening. Nobody knows what he actually said, but Tebow leaned over and hugged the stricken man's wife and prayed with her and her friend.
A couple of passengers took pictures and posted them on social media. The story was picked up by the mainstream press. I read a few hundred comments, and I'd estimate 60 percent praised Tebow.
Here's a representative sampling of the other 40 percent. Psychiatrists are hopefully standing by.
"Tim Tebow was getting in the way while trying to be a missionary on a plane? What a putz!"
If Tebow had impeded the rescue, I'm pretty sure the flight crew would have firmly ordered him back to his seat. Instead, photos show the man's wife holding onto Tebow throughout the ordeal.

He’s a good man.
What is with those people? Tim Tebow is as innocuous as one can be and yet militant secularists foam at the mouth whenever he’s in the press.
“Good” has always been in a fight with “evil.”
Evil is as evil does; God bless Tim.
For NFL ex QBs I’ll take Tebow over “Johnny Football” any day.
How old is he now? Old enough to run for Gov? One of 100 Senators is beneath him.
Whatever. The Tebow haters can go FOAD in the worst way possible for all I care.
What if he were a Muslim? You see? Religion of compassion!
People doing it for a lark and entertainment “Look at me, I’m dumping on someone like Tebow who’s very open about his faith”.
Reminds me of when I went to a Montreal Canadiens-New York Rangers game at the Forum in about 1982 and three or four men were seated in a row near us. They yelled every time Guy Lafleur was on the ice things like “Lafleur is an ass%ole, Lafleur is a f$g, go home and learn English Lafleur”.
Me, too!
At the final judgement, they’ll (the lunatics) be questioning their distain for anything relating to Christianity and goodness (too late of course). You’re a good and decent man Tim Tebow.
And yet, Michael Sam, who never played in a single NFL game, and whose main claim to fame is kissing his boyfriend on national TV, is hailed as a hero and given an award for “courage.”
“For NFL ex QBs Ill take Tebow over Johnny Football any day”
Manziel is in all likelyhood done from Football, and if things progress likely his life on Earth. In the future to be known as Johnny Speedball.
That’s a good point, Green Hornet, they praise Michael Sam for living out loud but want Tim Tebow to be in the religious closet. Does that make any sense to anybody?
Tebow will inherit eternal rewards that his enemies will salivate after for the rest of their rotten eternity unless they repent.
And the Lord said,...in the latter days men will be lovers of themselves and they will call evil good and good evil! Do not fret for I have overcome the world ....I will avenge and I will come!
Its suckaroos to be a godless, arrogant, chooser loser of the evil ways yet far too many embrace that destructive path. Gonna be a lot of weeping and gnashing of the teeth come graduation day.
I wonder why the prayer circles at the end of EVERY NFL game are not targeted like this guy.
I never thought he was a good QB, but he seems like a decent guy.
